Glasswall is a fully glazed operable wall system that combines function and the classic beauty of glass with the flexibility of operable partitions. The aesthetics of elegant glass can be used to divide rooms and maintain an open, contemporary space.
Glasswall can adapt to angles which allow rooms to be divided regardless of size or shape. The visibility allows designers to separate specific areas like smoking and non-smoking areas in cafés, lounges and foyers.

PERFORMANCE

Track and Carrier System
Hufcor performance-proven type 36 track and carrier system provides smooth, quiet operation and enables the glass panels to move easily and quietly through intersections and around corners. The panels may be stored at the end of the track or in a remote location.

Horizontal Ball Bearing Two-Wheeled Carriers

 Each panel has two counter-rotating, steel ball bearing nylon-tyred carriers. This patented Hufcor design provides years of operating ease.

Adjustable Track Suspension

 Threaded rods enable the track to be set at the correct height allowing adjustment to suit the finished floor levels in relation to overhead support.

Fascia/Ceiling Trim

The Hufcor anodised track system has combined ceiling trim.This unitised construction eliminates the need for additional track trim and allows for the use of fascia boards or ceiling tiles. Flush ceiling trim can be supplied as an option if required.

SAFETY AND SECURITY

Floor Track not Required
Hufcor Glasswall panels are fully supported by the overhead track. This eliminates the need for unsightly floor track which can collect debris and pose a safety hazard. The floor surface is uniform except for small holes for floor bolts and locks. Double action foot bolts on the leading edge of each panel ensure a wall that is stable and secure.

Secure Attachment with Rods Penetrating Through the Glass

The toughened safety glass is secretly secured to the upper horizontal rail with internal steel rods through holes in the glass. This prevents the glass from slipping or dropping by clamping methods.

Access

Hufcor Glasswall can incorporate single or double access door panels which match and look identical to basic panels. Access doors are provided with a ball catch. Floor locking is available as an option.

Warranty

All Hufcor products are guaranteed for two years against defective materials and workmanship.
